Refund & Returns Policy

Our Promise

At Babita Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags and labels are still attached
• The item is in its original packaging
• You have the order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Innerwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during final clearance sales
• Customised or made-to-order items
• Items returned without original tags and packaging

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at babitafashion@hotmail.com with your order ID and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. In such cases, Babita Fashion will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (please provide your bank details when initiating the return)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns by emailing us with your order details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel an order, email us immediately with your order ID.
